Is there an alternative if a resident does not like the menu of the day?
With each day's menu there is a choice of dishes and we are always able to provide an alternative dish if a resident does not like what is on the menu of the day, such as an omelette, jacket potato, or a salad.
Can a resident go out with friends or relatives for the day?
We are very happy for residents to go out with their friends or relatives for the day, but it would be helpful if you could let us know the day before so that we can ensure that adequate arrangements are made.
