At St George's we recognise that every individual should have the opportunity to choose a home, which suits his or her needs and abilities. To facilitate that choice and to ensure that prospective residents know precisely what services we offer, we will do the following:

1. Ensure that every prospective resident has his or her needs expertly assessed before a decision on admission is taken.
2. Demonstrate to every person, about to be admitted to the home, that we are confident that we can meet his or her needs.
3. We can offer trial visits or guest days to prospective residents.
