A Team that Cares
The proprietors of St George's are respected Members of the British Federation of Care Home Proprietors (BFCHP). All members of the BFCHP are bound by a 
mandatory Code of Practice including a Residents' Charter. This means that the standards of care provided are independently monitored in accordance with national guidelines.
They are supported by a fully-qualified Manager who exercises day-to-day responsibility for the management and supervision of the home. There is, in addition, a team of at least 25 committed and specially-selected care and domestic staff, who provide round-the-clock loving care and support services in accordance with the individual resident's needs.
Every member of the team undergoes a formal induction and continuous in- house training to ensure the maintenance of the highest possible standards. For those who wish to pursue NVQ training, this can be undertaken in-house.
